Hello everybody! So, I'm Tommaso and this is supposed to be my biography in short. Since i feel silly in writings my own life (not that intersting, after all), I'll try to focus on most relevant facts and anecdotes. So, I had birth in Conegliano - near Treviso, Italy - on 18th February 1983. If you like wine, probably you know Conegliano by name, cause from that area great prosecco wine is coming and they are exporting it all over the world. Not much to say about my childhood, it was basically happy even though I remember sometime I had to choose between getting a new robot OR go to the penny arcade :) My parents are both teachers, and I guess I must thank them for all the books I had at my home and for giving me the strenght to face this kind of hard choices.
At the age of 9 I started playing rolegames. I was on holiday in the mountains and out of boredom I started a game called Dungeons & Dragons... almost everybody start from that one, and for me it was the beginning of a new word I must say. I'm still playing nowadays, even if I shifted my interest since years on more challanging games, like Nobilis, Kult or the entire World of Darkness suite. I even wrote shitloads of roleplay material, and some even got published. Check out Other Publications in the menu to find out what I'm talking about. Now that I think about it, even my eternal relationship with videogames started in the mountains...Flying Spaghetti Monster, thanks for the mountains! ;)
The hard part came in the high school. I studied in this place called ITIS ZUCCANTE in Mestre (IT techincian) and the school is famous because the average amount of years to finish it is 6+ instead of 5 (which is the normal amount). In front of the school someone painted, quoting Dante: "All hope abandon, ye who enter in!", and I guess that was extremely wise. People there were cool but the teachers...I mean, not a single one was mentally sane. One used to take psychotropics, another one was permanetly drunk (often leaving us alone to go and get a beer), another one was a sadic... I got rejected on my 4th year and so I finished my courses in Treviso, where teachers were more normal.
After that I went to the University in Padova. At the beginning I dind't want to go, and I was kind of forced, but it was the second wisest thing I did in my life. The first one was going to Erasmus in Finland, a country that I love and where I came back at the end of August 2007 to continue my studies in Communication with a Master. So, more or less, this is the story so far.
