011 . Some Illegal Opinions
Ohoho, ok, yes, today is Christmas day but I escaped from my relatives so I have some time to waste giving you sound advices. This time they'll be illegal suggestions 'cause I still don't really own the cds I'm going to talk about. But I'll do it soon, I swear. As I'll explain better in a later post, I DO support file sharing but I even think I'm supposed to support the artists that in my opinion really deserve money for their work (cause the cd is a real masterpiece, for example). So, basically, I often buy cds that I have already heard or from band I already know. Sounds weird, but I guess it will be very common in the near future. I'll talk about this when'll be back from holidays (heading to Poland, kurwa!).
Ok, let's go back to the original topic.
This post is dedicated to Interpol's fans. I really enjoy that music style, so I'm actually listening to every fucking band on earth playing that stuff. Well, one of the best is named Stellastarr and they're from New York. The new cd, Harmonies For The Hunted, is absolutely GREAT and not so derivative, even because the singer learned very well the lesson of Robert Smith adding a personal touch, though. Listen to the songs (there's a player on the website), watch the video of the single "Sweet Trouble Soul" and you will love them. The only problem is that you cannot easily find them in Europe. Infact, I'm waiting for the official distribution, even because the previous cd has been distributed (you can find it on play.com)!

The second one I would like to suggest you is The Back Room from Editors. They really sounds like Interpol but the album is awesome, and probably sadder than Antics. I specially like the songs "Blood", "Munich" and "Camera". Definetely one of the best band I heard this year. Check it out.

One last hint: yesterday I was waiting for the Eve's dinner and I saw on MTV::Brand New this video called "Clinically Dead" by Chad VanGaleen. The video is really intriguing, but the song is even more. There are few info about the guy but I damn like this glam-melancholic-'60 style. I'll investigate...

I would leave just a mark of my passage.
Many thanks ehrnum, at least I know someone is reading my posts ;)
As I've told you that day, I'm not the only one but writing in foreign languages it's not so easy. It's a fault of laziness...
